GC has done it again and got a confirmation of when ‘Remember Me’, Robert Pattinson’s latest movie will hold it’s premiere.
Gossip Cop is told that the stars will walk the red carpet in New York on March 1.
“Remember Me” opens nationwide on March 12.
Generally, premieres are closer to the film’s release date, but because Pattinson is working on “Bel Ami” in Europe and can’t go back and forth, “Remember Me” will have it’s big red carpet at the same time he’s doing its press junket in the Big Apple.

You know i get it i really do. Everyone is in love with Robert Pattinson, hardly surprising is it? Tall, handsome in a brooding kind of way, clipped polite british accent…
And here i am recalling fond memories of him playing Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter…i must be the only one who doesn’t immediately melt as soon as his photo appears?
Maybe it is my age folks, maybe, just maybe the stud muffin qualities of a lad of 23 just doesn’t dig it for me. Thats okay, i can bask in your fangirling and thank myself lucky i won’t be standing too near the backstage door while i get trampled into a bloody heap as fans crawl and screan their way forward to get a piece of him – minus his bodyguard/manager Nick, his agent Stephanie or possibly his co star Kristen who would kill fans stone dead with just one of her famous looks of disgust (now that’s the kind of girl i absolutely love!)
It seems anyone who is anyone in the business of merchandise advertising will literally make, create, cut and paste just about anything to make money out of it, well out of the willing fans who will pay for the privilege. I am talking about a comic book of Robert himself, yes you heard me a comic book. Okay, it is tastefully drawn i give you that but isn’t this getting a bit too much?

“I chose to conceptualize A-lister Robert Pattinson from a unique perspective, immersing the reader into the life of the talented actor beyond his most famous role,” Sherman says.
“It’s our hope that even the most devoted fans will discover a fact or two that takes them completely by surprise,” Bluewater president Darren G. Davis says.
Now, call me an old fashioned kind of gal but even i think this is overstepping the mark here. Don’t get me wrong i am sure the comic will literally fly of the shelves but i personally think that with the hype surrounding the movie, pimping it for all it’s worth is getting a tad ridiculous. Rob i am sure is as overwhelmed as it is trying to deal with his work life and his personal life and anything in between, having his face don every mag cover in existence must be literally embarassing so i suppose being immortalised in a comic book wouldn’t be that bad?
The company have already released a adaptation of Stephenie Meyer and her face glossed the cover, and they do promise to do a book with Kristen as well…
I don’t know, i let you lot decide whether your dollars will be saved up for it or not.

Now i am all for commercial advertising, especially if it is something worthwhile purchasing, but to stick a transfered photo of the Twilight Saga trio on a bottle or can and say ‘BUY ME’ is just going way beyond the joke don’t you think?
We have so far a plethora of merchandise for the saga in all different shapes and forms from toys, accessories, books, stickers, car bumper stickers, magnets, jigsaws, board games, even make up and perfume but heavens above the wonderful retailers are now mass producing soda for the kids, as if their pocket money isn’t stretched enough as it is…we are soon going to be bombarded with pleas of ‘can you pre order me three different DVD limited edition box sets, please, please oh please!!!!’
(and that’s just me!)
So i have mixed emotions about this latest offering advertised on a Twilight Italian website.

There are some rumours out there that are simply not even worth bothering about. That is of course if you are not being reportedly accused asking for booze and then getting turned down for it.
It seems Kristen is now the subject of this latest round of tab trash from none other than OK US
Gossip Cop the faithful long arm of the gossiping law has picked this one up and slam dunked it into this weeks pile of manure;
According to an OK! magazine item picked up and spread everywhere, the Twilight star tried to get into a happy hour at Tao in Park City, Utah on Saturday, “but much to her dismay, she was denied entrance because she was underage,” according to a so-called “onlooker.”
Along with two companions, Stewart reportedly “went around the back entrance and just wanted to hang out for a little bit” before attending the Joan Jett concert, the mag’s witness claims. But when they started walking in, “the bouncer stopped them and asked for their IDs,” turning the 19-year-old Stewart away despite her friends’ protests. “They huddled up for a few minutes, discussing what to do next and eventually left,” claims OK!’s “eyewitness.”
NOW, i know what you are all thinking, well ‘why not?’ she is a young adult, plenty of girls her age do this kind of thing…try and ask for a drink bat your eyelids with words like ‘do you know who i am?’
WRONG!
Considering the fact that Dakota Fanning was with her the entire weekend, she was seen at Harry ‘O’s on Saturday night, respectfully keeping her distance at the over 21’s club by sitting backstage along with Cherie Currie, and apart from all the press conferences, press junkets, premieres and even more interviews – THAT was the only time Kristen and co had appeared at a club were ‘other people’ in the bar were drinking but not her.
Consider this OK US and other so called journalistic tabloids, find what it was that made you want to become journalists, then go back to University and redo your media studies exams because hunnies making crud up like this only embarasses the hell out of those that report facts, not fiction!

Well, well well…
It seems that the passionate lip lock between Robert and Kristen as Edward and Bella in ‘Twilight’ has become one of the Best Kisses of the decade.
The tender moment, which occurred in the first film in the vampire saga, came fourth in the survey. A source described the kiss as “one of the most memorable moments ever”.
It certainly hit the spot with most females who went along to see the movie, literally made a lot of fan girls scream at the very thought of a vampire in the bedroom, never mind enjoying a quick nibble of the young innocent human
